The Experiences Firm was formed to meet changing travel trends and to continually pioneer new innovative experiences within and beyond the travel industry. We firmly believe that experiential travel will create deeper, more intimate and lasting memories for our clients. Post- Covid, we have now expanded our experiences into Sports Tourism, VIP Hospitality, Sports Events and Sports Development Pathway.

GCE ‘A’ level with at least 2 years of working experience in local travel agency, sports company or Diploma in Tourism or related studies or graduates with no experience
Interest in Sports is a MUST
Regional exposure is a PLUS
Bilingual in English & a second language to deal with our customers is a PLUS
Ability to work as a team player is a MUST
Self-driven and motivated
𝑻𝒂𝒔𝒌𝒔 & 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔
Reservations and Bookings: Making reservations and bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other experiences-related services. Coordinating with travel suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, locations, activities to secure the necessary arrangements.
Travel / Event Logistics: Managing logistical aspects includes arranging airport transfers, coordinating ground transportation, and providing information on local customs, weather, and attractions, ensuring correct deployment of event logistics to allow for the creation of best-in-class experiences.
Vendor / Partner Management: Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing service agreements. Monitoring vendor performance, ensuring quality standards are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Financial Management: Handling financial aspects of all operations, such as preparing and managing budgets, processing payments, tracking expenses, and reconciling invoices including cross border partners. Adhering to budgetary guidelines and optimizing cost-effectiveness whenever possible.
Travel Technology and Tools: Utilizing travel management systems, booking platforms, and other relevant technology tools to streamline travel operations. Staying updated on industry trends and advancements to leverage technology for enhanced efficiency and customer experience.
Strategic Operational Planning: Assisting in the development and implementation of strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness while analyzing business operations and identifying areas for improvement.
Performance Monitoring: Monitoring and evaluating the performance of operational activities. Preparing and presenting reports on operational performance to senior management.
