How do you break free from the routine and spark creativity? Enroll your team in an art workshop! Our team recently participated in a session organized by the Dastkari Haat Samiti, a non-profit dedicated to promoting Indian craft and art forms.

One winter afternoon, we explored the unique Surpur art style and had the privilege of learning from the artists showcasing their work in the city. It was fascinating to watch a master create directly on canvas without any preliminary sketches. We learned that art should be free and uninhibited, with inspiration drawn from within. No idea is a bad idea—it’s all about expression. The most valuable lesson? Don’t fear mistakes! They’re inevitable, especially in the beginning, but they add character and make the artwork truly yours. Just like any adventure in life.

We connected through creativity, shared ideas, and discovered hidden talents within our team. What an ideal afternoon!
