The tremors in Santorini, Greece have lasted for more than a week. It is the off-season for tourism in Greece and there are only a handful of tourists on the island. We currently have no guests on the island or in the affected area.

The sight of the Parthenon always blow our mind away! For a comprehensive experience, we recommend visiting the Acropolis Museum (foreground) and hearing it's story before heading up to the Acropolis archaeological site (background). 🤩🏛️

"We had a great time especially in Mykonos and Santorini. Weather was great during this time of the year and not much tourist. We were there in early May. Accommodation and its location was perfect. In Mykonos we were just a walk from the city centre. Santorini – we were on the caldera. Simply beautiful sunset especially when we were upgraded during our last 2 nites. Warm and helpful host during our stay. Our itinerary was plan with our best interest utmost on their minds. Thanks guys for a great trip!" ~ Michael & Lisa

The Panathenaic Stadium in Athens can be traced back to the 4th century BCE. It was not until modern days that it was excavated and reconstructed to hold the first modern Olympics in 1896.

A unique archaeological monument fully built entirely of marble, the stadium is a living symbol of the heritage of sports and the Olympic Games. 😉

The origin of the Olympic Games can be dated back to 776 BCE and when the games were held every 4 years in Olympia, western Peloponnese until the 4th century CE. 😉
