Dear Friends,

103 year old Captain Ho Weng Toh, a Singaporean, flew 18 combat missions during WW2. He is the last living Asian pilot of the famous Flying Tigers. After the war, he played a pivotal role to train more than 300 pioneer pilots for our very own Singapore Airlines.

To date, there has not been an event organised to commemorate his heroism in war and nation building.

Captain Ho embodies the courage of a generation that fought for freedom with what he calls “Ngaai 捱” - tenacity in the face of adversity. His action created conditions which allowed Singapore to be established. Yet, Captain Ho's story remains largely unknown.

To discuss and celebrate his spirit of "Ngaai 捱 ", a value that he deeply wishes to share with us, we have created the following Programme:

-"The Tiger Soars Again" Captain Ho takes a Salute Flight around Singapore
-"A Tigers’ Last Parade - my generation to yours". Captain Ho symbolically shares key items to key SG organisations.
-"Navigate the Future with Ngaai 捱" - Resilience of small nations and global wealth in an era of geopolitical uncertainty- A Family Office Symposium with BG(Ret) George Yeo.

In 2021, WOA has taken the pandemic period to re-invent and invigorate our products and services with focus on an improved customer experience. We also focused on enhancing capabilities that would make us a more efficient and effective trip support and ground handling provider for our international jet operators in preparation for the lifting of border restrictions.

With a resilient team emerging from the pandemic, 2022 looks set to be a year where WOA will gradually grow into providing jet management support services on the business aviation front, and on the private aviation domain, WOA will be enhancing our recreational flying training services as well as new innovative offerings for jet owners and jet-setters within our flying membership.
