FAQ - What's the significance of overarm adjustments in a chair?

Adjusting a chair to accommodate different overarm lengths helps reduce fatigue and promote good posture while preventing injury in the neck, back, and shoulder regions.

When the armrest is too low, it can cause strain on the user's shoulders and neck, leading to slumping forward. Conversely, if the armrest is too high, it can reduce the mobility and reach of the hands and underarms, causing the shoulders to rise and strain the neck, shoulder, and back.

The Norsap 1800 and 4000 series offers a solution to this issue. With the adjustable seat and backrest, the user can make a total of 80 mm of adjustability in relation to the armrests. This allows for customization of the chair to meet the user's individual needs, ensuring proper support and comfort and reducing the risk of fatigue and injury in the neck, back, and shoulder regions.
