The Speaking Factory was founded in Nov 2011 by Founding Director, Hazriq Idrus (www.hazriq.com), a a professional speaker and theatre-based corporate trainer, facilitator, stage & television actor, master of ceremonies (emcee) and the author of

"The Stage Fright Antidote: How to manage public speaking jitters using acting & theatre techniques". An accredited & certified trainer - holding a full ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) certification; and the Certificate of Educational Studies (Public Speaking) accredited by the College of Teachers, UK; and a certified DiSC consultant, Hazriq has more than 10 years of corporate training experience. Its key human transformation philosophy includes using of creativity, acting/threatre and improv approaches. The Speaking Factory was founded in Nov 2011 by Hazriq Idrus (www.hazriq.com), a stage actor turned professional speaker, who is passionate in combining the elements of creativity, communications and personal growth into learning. Hazriq is the author of ‘The Stage Fright Antidote!” and co-authored 10 other books. A graduate from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor in Communications and Media Management, Hazriq also holds a full ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) certification; the Certificate of Educational Studies (Public Speaking) accredited by the College of Teachers, UK; a certified DiSC consultant and certified Organisational Zoo facilitator.
