Flight TR 301 from Scoot Airlines, travelling from Singapore to Hanoi on June 24, 2024, was an experience worth noting. Upon arrival at Hanoi Airport, I observed the baggage handling services mishandling customers' bags, which was concerning. It is crucial for such services to handle luggage with care, especially when fragile items are involved. Despite witnessing my new monitor being roughly handled and loaded with heavy baggage, it miraculously survived the journey.
As a passenger, it is essential for airlines to prioritize the safety and security of passengers' belongings. The incident at Hanoi Airport serves as a reminder of the importance of proper baggage handling procedures. I hope that airlines and airport authorities take the necessary steps to ensure the safe handling of luggage in the future.

Gunung Lambak I Malaysia 🇲🇾
A great hiking destination for beginner who would like to explore the tropical forest of Malaysia.
Usually this adventure starts from pickup at Marsiling Mrt at 7am and we depart to the trail head which is at Kluang area in Malaysia. The hike to the summit takes around 2hrs for the beginners and another 2hrs for descent. Today the was fast enough to achieve the summit in 1Hour20mins. Then we had more time to explore the Kluang city for some meals, shopping.
We managed to reach back Singapore by 6pm with a smooth custom clearance. The hike ended with a pleasant weather.
