In line with the emerging of new generation of blowing agent such as HFC245fa, 365mfc, cyclopentane or any combinations of these, Rim Polymers has developed a state of the art series of PREMIX SYSTEM for mixing these blowing agents with raw polyol according to specific formulations of the makers of rigid foam used in refrigerator, freezer and insulation panel. These mixtures have improved the insulation property and or reduced the materials cost of the end products. In the past years, we have sold close to 1,000 High and Low pressures foaming machines and its accessories plant globally. Our after-sales network comprises of technically competent staffs stationed in Singapore head quarter and Asia regional offices. We also have R&D and manufacture plants in Singapore and Shenyang-China and technical service centers to support the after sales.

From July 17 to 19, the UTECH Asia/PU China 2024 UTECH Asia PU China was successfully held at Hall 1 of the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center. Rim Polymers made a significant impact as an exhibitor in the international zone, showcasing our cutting-edge technology and market leadership with a team of 12 staff from China, Singapore, Germany and Japan. The event set new records for both the number of exhibitors and attendees. 🙋‍♂️

During the exhibition, Rim team engaged extensively with industry experts and clients from around the world, showcasing our latest technological innovations through comprehensive video presentations and detailed exhibit panels.

On 18th July, we hosted a seminar regarding “Innovative Applications of Rim Foaming Equipment in Automotive and Refrigeration Industries”. Zhou Zhenhua, Country Marketing Manager of Rim China, shared insights into our advancements, and discussed future trends in polyurethane foaming machine to meet evolving market demands. The seminar attracted a large audience and received enthusiastic feedback. 🎤

Furthermore, Mr. Steven Hoong, General Manager of Rim Polymers, was interviewed by China Chemical Industry News. He elaborated on the goals of our participation in the event and the strategic vision that has guided Rim Polymers' growth in the polyurethane industry.

From 13 May to 17 May 2024, Rim overseas staff members from Rim Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand attended the annual technical upgrading training at Rim's Singapore headquarter.

Participants engaged in hands-on sessions and case studies to sharpen their technical skills and knowledge. 🤝 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗖𝗦𝗥 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰

On April 20, 2024, the CEH Group participated in a heartwarming Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative at Bishan Community Club. A total of 24 staff and their family members joined hands to make a positive impact on the lives of elderly residents from the Bishan area.

Partnering with Ascending Hope Community Services, we held a special lunch gathering for 68 elderly residents. Our volunteers, with warm smiles and open hearts, not only served lunch but also engaged in heartfelt conversations, befriended the elders, and facilitated a lively quiz session. It was touching to witness the enthusiasm and sharp minds of the elders, even though some relying on walking sticks or wheelchairs.

The event was filled with moments of joy, as elders showcased their talents during karaoke sessions and enjoyed games organized by our team. Special prizes were awarded to the winners of the quiz, spreading smiles and laughter all around. Additionally, CEH Group took the opportunity to express our care by distributing goody bags filled with essentials such as biscuits, rice, chestnuts, and oatmeal.

We wish to thank all our CEH volunteers for their commitment to contribute. Furthermore, we extend our gratitude to Ascending Hope for their collaboration and organizing such a meaningful social welfare program.

During this grand event, Rim achieved fruitful results, showcasing our technical strength and future development plans to the industry.

This equipment achieves higher stability and excellent surface effects through highly precise temperature control and a specially designed mixing head. The Rim team also showcased a gun head model on-site, vividly demonstrating our technical strength and product quality to the visitors.

Through in-depth exchanges with industry peers, Rim's RTM machine and high-pressure foaming machines have garnered high recognition and widespread praise. This further motivates our drive for continuous innovation, solidifying our position in the industry and propelling us to the forefront.

On April 26th, the 2023 China Household Appliance Industry Chain Conference and “Golden Nail Award” Ceremony took place in Shanghai, under the guidance of the China Household Appliance Association and hosted by the "Electrical Appliances" magazine.

During a two-year period, the organizing committee collected 273 product submissions for the award. After undergoing a comprehensive evaluation process that incorporated expert reviews, purchaser assessments, technical personnel appraisals, media critiques, and public opinions, Rim Polymers low-boiling-point multi-component premix equipment GMA PX50-4C distinguished itself, ultimately winning the "2023 China Household Appliance Industry Chain Golden Nail Award".

Rim Polymers ltd has been participating in global Green & Sustainability drive many Years ago. In particular, its Patented Premix system has helped the upstream PU chemical of all major Fridge companies globally to reduce tremendously the usage of harmful Freon Blowing agent.

Its new Ind.4.0 able 4 component premix technology will set as future market platform for Fridge production. Since 2014, it has supplied more than hundreds of such system to all leading Fridge company in People Republic of China, (e.g. Midea, Hisense, Konka etc) and India, Africa, and Asean countries. It also helps these company to cut production cost and moving towards Green and zero carbon Drive by 2050.

Rim has worked closely with World Bank (WB), United Nation Development program (UNDP) and United Nation Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) for this Zero Carbon drive campaign and is one of the preferred partners.

This is just one of the many successes borne out of the GMA-Star Project, an in-house R&D task force (headed by Guido Hauner) with a mission to create new innovative designs of dry plant machinery so as to complement RIM's established portfolio of wet machines).
