Job Description

Ø Providing explainations or answer to customer inquiries via phone, email and in person

Ø Assit in all aspect of express and tours operation including ticketing, reservation and travel coordination, provide visa and sell special event ticket or travel insurance and other travel products

Ø Evaluates customer needs and provide satisfaction service

Ø Liaise with operator in all platforms

Ø Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirments

Ø Customer service oriented with positive working attitude

Ø Computer literate and good interpersonal skills

Ø Be willing to work on weekends and public holiday

Ø Required languages : English,Mandarin,to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts/customers.

Ø Salary can be negotiated

Ø Minimum “N” level & above
