(PC!) was established in November 2011 as Horizon Primary School's Parents Support Group (PSG). Then, the school was new and needed support in many areas such as manpower for school events and activities. Many parents see gaps in which they can plug, value add and thus readily volunteered their assistance. With this simple yet strong commitment from the parent volunteers, PC! grew steadily in numb
ers and become what it is today. It's vision is to form a team of supportive parents with a sense of belonging to the Horizon Family. is managed entirely by parents volunteers who are passionate about partnering the school in creating a holistic learning environment for their children. They also see value in creating Parent-Child bonding opportunities through its events and activities. had supported the school in numerous events and activities such as reading programs, story telling sessions, student excursions, etc. In addition, PC! organized four main Parent-Child Bonding events, namely P1 Bonding, P2/P3 Sleepover, Family Olympics and Horizon Family Day every year. In 2015, PC! wanted a more responsive communication platform to inform parents about their events and activities and thus this page was created, solely for the purpose of communicating and publicizing the PSG's events and activities. sincerely hoped that fans support us by keeping the comments on this page positive and encouraging.
