We got to witness firsthand the DAY OF MOVING from the winter camp to the spring camp with one of the nomadic families living in Lun, Mongolia! ๐ฒ๐ณ
Itโs fascinating that in just a few hours, they can fit everything they need in just a truck and a car!
They continuously migrate to find pastures and water because of how the nomadic lifestyle is hugely dependent on the environment to thrive.
They can migrate up to 4-6 times a year! Some nomads tend to stay in the ger throughout all seasons and some nomads stay in the house for some seasons and the ger in other seasons!

Last week, we challenged beach-goers to a tyre-ing showdown at East Coast Park. ๐๐ผ
Passers-by both young and old took a shot at pulling a 7-kg tyre across 50m of sand, showing that age imposes no limits here. We even had a participant join in despite having his arm in a sling; madly inspiring! ๐ช๐ฝโค๏ธโ๐ฅ
