This week menu: Blanched Cai Xin Hua with Oyster sauce
Method:
1. Boil a pot of water with ½ tsp salt + ½ tsp sugar + 1 tbsp oil. Add in Cai Xin Hua and blanch for 1-1.5 minutes. Drain and place on serving dish.
2. Heat up a frying pan with 1 Tbsp cooking Oil, stir fry minced garlic till fragrant.
3. Pour in the mixed sauce. Cook for 1 minute, drizzle on to the blanched vegetable to serve.

This week menu: Steamed egg with Golden Oyster & Abalone Mushroom
Method:
1. Mix seasoning with 3 eggs + 1 egg white. Mix well.
2. Mix 1 egg yolk with 1 Tbsp water. Set aside.
3. Lay baking paper in steaming mould. Pour ½ of the egg mixture into the mould.
4. Add ½ of the mushrooms and carrot in it.
5. Steam for 5 minute.
6. Remove from heat, add remaining egg mixture, mushrooms and carrot into the mould and steam for another 5 minutes.
7. Remove from heat, use back of spoon to flatten the surface. Pour egg yolk on it. Cover with cling wrap and steam for 8 minutes.
8. let it cool for at least 5 minute before cutting it to serve.
