Located in the small mountain village of Ravne in the Bohinj valley. The tastefully restored old Slovenian farmhouse will give you a pleasant and comfortable stay throughout all seasons of the year with its natural surroundings. Ravne v Bohinju lies on a slopping mountain terrace just above Bohinjska Bistrica village, a small hamlet with its wonderful view to Triglav of Jul

ian Alps ranges and its passage to forest walks. A small curving passage along the greenfields that can't help to make you think of a "Little House in the Prairie", leads you to the farmhouse. You can enjoy a simple walk into a forest at its doorstep or enjoy searching for wild strawberries in spring, wild orchids and flowers in summer and mushrooms in autumn. Or jump straight out and explore the beautiful nature by bike or take hike to the next mountain hut. During winter, a snow playground in front of the property or a snowshoe walk to the forest. The ski resorts Vogel and Soriška Planina are only 15 minutes away. In the near Village of Bohinjska Bistrica, guests will find all amenities they need (post office, bank, restaurants, souvenir shop, grocery stores, ski and bike rental, gas station, bakery etc.). La Ferme Francej was carefully renovated from an old historic barn and farmhouse, built more than 300 years ago. The renovation took 3 years respecting the old base and structure of the building, combining modern living standards with a charming mountain wooden chalet style. The coziness of the rooms and wooden elements give this house a special character. The property of 300 m2 offers stunning undisturbed views to Triglav mountain of Julian Alps range and the forest. After a long day of sport and activity, returning to La Ferme Francej to enjoy an indoor-spa relaxing with a large hot tub, sauna and open shower decorated with rich stone-walls. The holiday home provides 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, 2 flat-screen TV's, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with the possibility of hiring a private chef on demand, and an outside terrace with a firepit. The kitchen gives the comfort of a family gathering opened to the living room and dining area. The third floor offers a separate living area with children's corner and children’s beds, perfect for a separated family area. The property is Class A energy efficient property and equipped with an electric car charger.
