📊 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐊𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 📊

The students had the incredible opportunity to participate in a project workshop with Kearney, where they stepped into the role of consultants—analyzing complex challenges, problem-solving, and delivering actionable insights.

Throughout the workshop, they:
✅ Conducted an analysis of real-world business problems
✅ Applied strategic problem-solving frameworks
✅ Presented our solutions to the company

This experience provided a great insight into the consulting world, reinforcing the importance of critical thinking, collaboration, and structured communication in solving business challenges.

Thank you Lucija Perne, Filip Jakob Pogačnik and Anej Lah for taking the time for our students!

🔄 Supply Chain & Risk Management – Insights from Raul Intriago Lombeida 🔄

As part of our Supply Chain Management course, we had the privilege of learning from Raul Intriago Lombeida, Head of External Supply Operations – Large Molecules. His session provided an in-depth look at the challenges and strategies in supply chain and risk management following a spinoff.

Key takeaways from the discussion:
✅ Managing supply chain complexity in a newly restructured organization✅ Mitigating risks in supplier relationships and external operations✅ Adapting to new operational and regulatory frameworks post-spinoff✅ Ensuring business continuity while maintaining efficiency and cost control

His insights highlighted how companies must remain agile and proactive in managing uncertainties, especially after major organizational changes. It was a truly eye-opening discussion on navigating risks while ensuring supply chain resilience.

As part of the 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 course, the students had the opportunity to learn from Rok Stritar, an entrepreneur, advisor, and mentor to numerous companies in various stages of development, as well as the founder of Kibuba.

Rok introduced us to the 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐲, a simple yet comprehensive approach that helps improve processes, eliminate waste, shorten production times, and reduce overall costs. We explored why 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 is such a widely adopted philosophy in today’s competitive market.

The foundation of Lean Philosophy lies in five key principles:
✅ Define success and measure it.
✅ Processes exist to create value.
✅ Anything that does not create value is waste.
✅ The best processes minimize or eliminate waste.
✅ There is no perfect process—continuous improvement is essential.

This lecture was a great reminder that operational efficiency is not just about cutting costs, but about maximizing value and fostering continuous growth.

Thank you, Mr. Stritar!
