1. Walk with local
Why not experiencing more of the city? Usually the biggest travelers problem is time. There is just never enough time to get to know the place really good. To show you around, to explain you the insight of the main tourist attractions and to reve

al some hidden paths. Maybe you are a Roman fan or in search for some good, but quickly changing street art? In a beer or wine tasting mood? Not sure where to shop and what to buy? Hear what locals have to say. My name is Tjaša, which is - surprisingly - only found in Slovenia. I was born in Ljubljana, where I have lived for most of my life. Even without moving I have changed two countries and three currencies. But that is nothing compared to my grandmother. Tourist guide, geographer, history lover, architecture admirer, photographer, light engineer, scout and more. Book an awesome general tour (approx. 2-3 hrs) or even a day with the most colourful guide in Ljubljana. Already acquainted with the basics and looking for insight? Choose between Roman Ljubljana, Art Nouveau architectural walk or walk around Communist Ljubljana. English? ¿Español? Slovensko? Možda srpsko, hrvatsko, bosanski ili crnogorski? I am licensed in Slovene, English and Spanish language, but I do get around in what we used to call Serbo - Croatian language. I even had a subject with this name in primary school.

2. POSTCARDS
Collection Slovenia in colours is a result of several years of travelling, touring and relaxing all around Slovenia. The path has led me to many parts of our country, which many of us describe it with magnificent adjectives about its natural beauty. Slovenia boasts with Alpine pearls, Karst phenomena, Mediterranean influences and Pannonian relaxation. Fascinated by the geographical diversity I often find myself in admiration for colours of nature. Iridescent colours, many shades and different intensity are serving us beneficial effect on the eyes. The possibilities are almost endless. Indulge in colours. Feel the colours. Feel Slovenia!

🌙 Ljubljana at night, from a view you don’t see every day.

The city lights reflect on Ljubljanica and a view of Ljubljana Castle. Ljubljana has many faces, but this one felt a little more hidden, a little more magical.

🍺 Craft Beer Tasting at Mali Grad Brewery, Kamnik
Stopped by Mali Grad for a casual beer tasting and a bite — a relaxed spot with a nice selection of local craft beers.
🍕 And let’s not forget the pizza — crispy crust, local ingredients, and the perfect pairing with a cold pint.

Support your local brewers and treat yourself to a taste you won’t forget. Cheers to good beer, great food, and even better company! 🙌

🎨 A hidden gem of sacred art

The presbytery of St. Catherine’s Church holds something truly special — a stunning decoration on the walls and painting by Helena Vurnik.

Rich in color, full of movement, and just a little different from what you’d expect in a traditional church. Beautiful, expressive, and quietly powerful.

🎁 Authentic Slovenian heritage, captured in handmade souvenirs

Tucked in the heart of Ljubljana, this little shop is a real treasure trove of tradition. Every piece tells a story — crafted by hand, using local materials and timeless techniques passed down through generations.

From painted panjske končnice (beehive panels) to colorful pisanice (Easter eggs), delicate corn husk figures, and carved wooden bears — it’s Slovenian culture you can hold in your hands.

If you're looking for meaningful souvenirs, this is the place.

🏛️ Architecture behind closed doors
As part of , we visited two historically significant buildings in Ljubljana — the former licej by architect Max Fabiani and the dormitory by Ciril Metod Koch, named , today both are home to the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs.

While the interiors are from the nineties, the façades still reflect the architectural legacy of their original designers. A rare chance to take a closer look at details we usually pass by.

Architect Vancaš left his mark on Ljubljana through a series of graceful Art Nouveau buildings, each one a quiet testament to beauty and imagination. Yet in Zagreb, not far away, we find one of his most personal tributes—a tender monument to his beloved dog, Pluto.

Walking tour with wine tasting on a cold winter day. Just perfect! 🤩👌🍷🥂❄️⛄️

Emay and her friends from Singapore: "We had a really good time during the tour! We got to taste quite a few different Slovenia wines and sample some really delicious Slovenia delicacy. Tjasa is very friendly and she took great care of all of us. Will definitely recommend her to others looking to do a wine walking tour in Ljubljana."
