Ladies, if you're going on a cruise, read this

THE LUGGAGE YOU CARRY SAYS EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU
For cruising enthusiasts all this might seem obvious;
however, this is not the case for guests who have
been invited on board for the first time, who often
don’t have a clear idea of what they might actually
need on a cruise.

* avoid hard-case luggages. It is much
better to use soft bags; this way once you
unpack, they can be folded and stored in
dedicated lockers under the beds or in the
closets.

*It is not important to have lots of different
outfits. You spend most of your time in a
bathing suit, sunbathing. Whatever
you do, don’t forget sarongs, t-shirts, hats,
scarves, and bandanas but also oilskins, windbreakers, and sunglasses are absolutely fundamental!

* For women, heels are the first thing to leave
at home because - without fail - they will remain untouched
in the closet; this is especially true onboard
where you go barefoot everywhere.

* Last but not least, since sunlight reflected
off the water is more likely to cause sunburn,
don’t forget to bring a high SPF sunscreen,
preferably with a low-oil content to avoid
damaging the boat cushions.
