What if we told you that dandelion is one of Slovenia's specialities? Would you give it a try? We usually eat it in a salad or with boiled eggs or potatoes. You can also add beans, but be sure to use pumpkin seed oil! Top it off with different seeds, or even pork cracklings! Yum yum!
