The off season updates are almost complete. Removed the carpet in the bedrooms and installed pergo wood floors. Updated the living area art work to better match the new sofas. We have done a ton of updates in the past 2.5 years and I absolutely love how it has come along.

Planning 2022 vacation or a long weekend to recharge? Come visit us in Wildwood, New Jersey! A super clean, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo, a block and a half to the beach and boardwalk, with all the comforts of home is now booking. Sorry no pets. We were fully booked summer of 2021!

Rates from Jan 1st-Memorial Day weekend are $275 a night. (Discounted to $250 a night for 7 night stays or longer) A onetime cleaning/maintenance fee of $150 is charged regardless of the length of stay. There is a 2 night minimum and 3 nights for holiday weekends.

Now booking off season getaways late September through May. $250 a night and $150 for cleaning. Summer 2022 is already filling up with return guests from this summer, so if you are thinking of coming down for all the fun next summer, a $500 deposit will hold your reservation. Summer bookings are Saturday to Saturday rentals.
