Day 5 - Spector Travel in Ghana
A visit to Cape Coast Castle is a very intense and somber piece of history that needs to be experienced. It is such a life altering experience and pictures and books don't tell enough of the story.

Day 4 - Spector Travel in Ghana
Today a visit was made to Assin Manso Ancestral Slave River Park en route to Cape Coast. The park is where slaves had their last bath, before being taken to the slave castles along the Ghanaian coast. It was a stirring and powerful moment as the group dipped their feet in the water that their ancestors bathed.

Day 3 - Spector Travel in Ghana
The group had a lovely day and visited one of the Ashanti craft villages where the famous Kente cloth is handmade on looms. Traditionally the fabric was worn in a toga style fashion by royalty from the Akan ethic group and now it is worn to commemorate special occasions. This was the perfect opportunity to buy some handwoven Kente cloth and here’s Jackie modeling her new outfit!

Day 2 - Spector Travel in Ghana
What a wonderful day the group had with a visit to the Manhyia Palace Museum, located at the Palace of the King of the Ashanti Region. Everyone learnt about the rich culture and history of the Ashanti people. Follow along on this once- in-a-lifetime adventure to Ghana
