3. Oversee accruals - Maintain prepaid accounts for any expenses paid in advance
3a. Maintain accrued accounts for costs billed after period close
3b. Defer or recognize income as appropriate
3c. Enter and reconcile accruals and track assets list by client (IT hardware. Laptops, Phones etc)
4. Book Payroll into QBO by Sivar Client account

Accounts Payable and Expenses
1. Manage accounts payable by keeping digital copies of all expense receipts and expenditures, accessible in an online repository
a. Pay bills weekly
b. Collect vendor W9s – ongoing, for each new vendor as required by law
2. Cash balance reporting - weekly - to be inline with AP schedule

Accounts Receivable (Revenue)

1. Record Sivar payroll activity in QBO – Monthly by client
