Coastal Vibes Villa A waterfront beach style vacation rental. Turks & Caicos. Private pool, kayaks, paddle board, bbq, lounging areas.🏖 It can accommodate up to 6 people.

Coastal Vibes is a 2 bedroom Villa with 2 king beds each with private ensuites. What sets our Villa apart from many is it's sandy 100 foot waterfront which allows the kids to run & play safely and allows easy launching of the paddle board and kayak for your private use. It's also a 2 minute walk to the stunning Sapodilla Bay Beach. There are 3 lounging areas; a pergola by the waters edge, a large

shaded gazebo, tanning loungers and sofas by the pool. We designed a separate grilling area close to the kitchen and dining area with views of the waterfront. Concierge services are also available. We designed the home for comfort and relaxation in mind.

Coastal Vibes Villa is completely private. The villa includes two adjacent dwellings; one Living/Dining and one Bedroom dwelling. Both have stunning views of Chalk Sound. The villa sleeps 6. The Bedroom dwelling consists of 2 large air conditioned bedrooms each with a private bathroom. The Living/Dining dwelling is air conditioned with a queen size cabinet bed (with 6 inch thick memory foam mattress) and half bathroom.

Enjoy the turquoise views from every room, especially in the open concept kitchen & living area. The villa has a private pool with bench seating so you can overlook the water while relaxing with company.

Across the street from the villa is the entrance to the renowned Sapodilla Bay Beach, which is ideal for young children. Down the road is the more secluded/quiet Taylor Bay beach. Las Brisas waterfront restaurant is also steps away next door. We make sure you have all the comforts of home as our kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities you’ll require to cook as many meals as you’d like.

What a journey!

Dave & I took on the challenge of renovating the 2 villas in Turks and Caicos Islands in 2019. The experience will last a lifetime. The Villas were one of the first buildings/villas built along Chalk Sound Drive and required a makeover! It was a hands on project with lots of hard work, patience and appreciation for the Island culture and people.
