Today marks three calendar months since we started the build and things are looking good!!!

Although we had some little wrinkles with the window order these have been ironed out and all is well. I am so pleased with the look of the Aqua Blue tints. The sliding doors are looking nice.

The pool lining is being added tomorrow ( Sunday, Dec 8th) so I am looking forward to seeing that finished soon.

Exciting times as the new building is really starting to take shape and we can see how it will look. Just 2 months from our last post on this on Sep 29th when we had only foundations. Itโ€™s starting to look good as the windows are installed and the first coat of paint is applied to the building. The internal walls are mostly installed already and the floor tiles will be in this week. The guys are doing a great job!! Hats off to the team! ๐Ÿ˜€

Exciting times as the new building is really starting to take shape and we can see how it will look. Just 2 months from our last post on this on Sep 29th when we had only foundations. The day after Oscar life in GraceBay goes on as normal. Of course sunsets like this arenโ€™t so normal in many places but here in Turks and Caicos we are blessed with such sights more than most. Very pleased that we escaped much of the wrath of Oscar here. Wishing all those who have been affected but this storm a safe and quick recovery. The hurricane season for this year is pretty much done now. We are pleased to be here and providing wonderful times and wonderful weather for the upcoming season. See you soon ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฆฉ๐ŸŒด๐ŸŒž

The Turks and Caicos Islands are widely acknowledged as beautiful wherever you go. However, this spot has to be the best. It is the #1 MUST VISIT for spectacular beauty like nothing else you will see. Although a tough journey to get there, Cedar Point, Middle Caicos at the end of Wild Cow Run is worth every ounce of effort, rewarding you with the most incredible scenery. Take all your cameras/drones/ phones as you will want to capture every inch of it. Even these images do not do justice to the real-life view.
At the time of these photos, there was likely no other human within 8 miles of the area. A totally perfect wilderness experience.

Beautiful beach days make for a great vacation! Turks and Caicos has so many wonderful sights to experience. Here is the Sunset Beach Providenciales. You will see the collection of boats in this photo. These were passing tour boats on their way to other scenic locations and to snorkel venues. They stopped to spend some time gathered in this spot to watch the dolphins in the ocean there, just off the shore.

Taking a walk on Grace Bay beach can often bring some nice surprises. This friendly little sting ray was hovering about in the shallows about 200 yards down the beach from the Coral Gardens reef. By the way, if you are thinking about it, it really isn't dangerous. You will see these and also the larger spotted eagle rays quite often when snorkeling on the reef. It is great to see marine life thriving. I hope we keep things that way for other generations to enjoy in the future. We ask all visitors to use reef-safe sunblock and follow the rules of the Princess Alexandra Park. You will see these on the sign in front of the Coral Gardens resort. One short visit leads to so much more

Hereโ€™s how it started! Our love affair with the Turks and Caicos Islands. The picture above was taken on our first visit - a 4-day long Easter weekend trip. Since then we have been transfixed and delighted by everything the Islands have to offer.

Although we do not have the pedigree of some of the long-standing members of the population, the delights of TCI are firmly fixed in our brains. So much so that when looking to invest, we naturally gravitated to Providenciales as the number one choice.

Having missed a chance to buy a property we were interested in we did the next best thing. Bought the land next door and built our own. The land is literally 250 yards away from the world famous Grace Bay Beach, winner of numerous Best Beach in the World awards from various travel organisations and publications.

We have just finished out first build on the lot we bought which is known as Gracehaven Villa. We are pleased to call this our own and to offer others the chance to experience all the great sights, the brilliant white coral beaches, the exquisite seascapes of turquoise and blue, coral reefs, wonderful year-round sunshine ( ( 323 sunny days a year) and so much more.
