• "We had the pleasure of spending 8 beautiful days in the Villa Sandcastle during Xmas 2023.

The team was very responsive. From the moment we inquired about booking all the way through to meeting us as soon as we arrived!!!

The entire process was professional and seamless! The Villa is walking distance to some nice restaurants and coffee shops. The Beach and snorkeling is a dream, just steps from the back door!

• "What seems to be missing in rentals these days are the 1 and 2 bedroom offerings.

This 1 bedroom offering felt like a custom catered home made especially for my wife and I. This private sanctuary could NOT have been more perfect.

When you walk in, the entire back of the home is glass - and the view? Magnificent! It's semi private with a few small shrubs/trees, but you're looking at the water that's about 100 feet away. The entire upstairs is your master suite and the water view is unimpaired and, again, the entire seaward side of your bedroom is glass. It's breathtaking.

Everything, from the kitchen, the comfy furniture, and super comfy bed, the shower, etc. was perfect. Tox, one of the caretakers, was readily available for any questions we had and did a great job getting us familiar with our surroundings.

The stay could not have been better."

The four of us have zero negative comments. Our stay was perfection from the moment of arrival to departure. The house was clean, set up for comfort and they even had water, beer and chips in the kitchen for us when we arrived. Communication was clear and wonderful with the rental staff. • "My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Miami Vice 1, and it exceeded all expectations.

The property was not only stunning but also impeccably clean/maintained. The breathtaking views and proximity to the beach made it a perfect getaway. Being positioned next to Miami Vice 2 doesn't impede the privacy of this villa in any way as there is a solid barrier between them. We met our friendly neighbors while heading out to kayak in the beautiful calmness of Sapodilla Bay, but other than that we rarely saw or heard anyone else. The amenities added an extra layer of comfort to our stay, and the mid-week housekeeping was efficient and thorough.

We really enjoyed nearby Las Brisas for cocktails, lunch and dinner despite some questionable reviews, and you cannot beat the location which is an easy walk. Mr. Groupers was out of this world delicious and worth a drive into "town".

Evening sunsets from the patio will take your breath away! We highly recommend this gorgeous villa for anyone seeking a memorable and luxurious vacation in paradise.

• "The Coriander Cottage did not disappoint!

The accommodations were amazing, very clean and ideal for an individual or solo traveling. The beach is literally like a minute walk away and there is an amazing reef to snorkel directly in front of you. You will need to rent a vehicle to get around but the Cottage is centrally located to most points of attraction. The host was very communicative and unobtrusive.

It truly felt like a dream home in paradise. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOKING!!!"
