Hi Eric, many thanks for this wonderful days!! We enjoyed the stay very much. Very nice Villa, Pool. All what we needed for stay was there. With Scooter no problem to buy all you need, get to restaurants or other beaches within some minutes. There is also a nice beach club ( Shiva ) Which is only a 5 minutes walk on the beach. Very good Communication 👍👍 We will see us hopefully again 😊😊 Peter, Mandy and kids.....

"Rested from 25.09.17 to 04.10.17. Two adults and two children 1 year and 5 years old. Wonderful villa, all as in the photos. A huge kitchen with everything you need - dishes, pots, pans, mixers, gas stove, microwave. , 2 refrigerators. Excellent furnished house - furniture, huge closets. Two large bedrooms with huge beds. Bed linen and towels are also provided. Beautiful interior - paintings in Thai style, Buddha statuettes, a lot of interesting things. Also in each room by air conditioning, and in the bedrooms almost noiseless. Still there is a central air-conditioning system, but in view of the fact that it is noisy and not economical - Eric has put new inverter split-systems. It is important for families with children: the house has a highchair for feeding and a fold-out cot-arena! Excellent pool with a "paddling pool", cleaned every other day, without the smell of bleach - only we bathed in it! As for the beach in walking distance - you can go directly for 5 minutes, but there is a nuance it is shallow and to the depths far. But we knew it in advance and we had a car in rent - went to other beaches. In principle, the house itself is in a quiet remote location and without transportation it will be difficult, although Eric can rent a car. In general, Eric as a host - sympathetic, punctual, contacted me before the arrival, clarified the details. I will recommend the house to friends and acquaintances.
