Argus Asia - Luxury Holiday Villa in Koh Samui Thailand

Argus Villa is perfectly situated just off the coast in the quiet little village of Bangrak, approximately 300 meters directly from Big Buddha Beach which has views looking out over to Koh Phangan, Big Buddha beach is the main departure area for the speed boat trips out to the neighboring island for Snorkeling and Diving trips

ior, within the villa walls the Tropical Gardens are perfectly manicured and even grow a range of organic local fruits and vegetables, which the guests are welcome to eat & enjoy

The villa is approximately 330 square meters of internal area situated on 1,200 square meter land plot so is spacious and can accommodate multiple families and or large groups of friends. In the living areas of the villa there is a 2 story structure, on the lower level there are large sliding doors which open up the living, dining and kitchen area, this area has a large L shaped sofa which can seat 10 people comfortably, there is a 65 inch smart TV with Pulse IPTV system, there is a modern fully equipped western style kitchen which includes a large double door food fridge, large glass fronted drinks fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and oven with overhead extractor, there is a large solid teak dining table which can seat up to 14 people and there are also bathroom and toilet facilities in this area

There is then a small return staircase which leads to the upper floor, on this level there is a small gym with a treadmill running machine, a cross trainer and a weights bench if the guests would like some exercise before cooling off in the pool, also on this floor we have a fussball table for guests to enjoy and a small cinema room where you can enjoy the latest movies or play on the Xbox and PS4 systems which we have available to entertain the kids

There are plenty of outdoor areas with the upper floor terrace with sunbeds for guests to relax, directly surrounding the swimming pool is terrace area again with more sunbeds which also has a fitted sound system along with disco lights if you prefer the private party atmosphere

In the gardens you will find chili plants, banana trees, pomelo trees, herbs and shrubs, all of which can be picked fresh and used in your cooking. The villa exudes a feeling of contemporary elegance and offers luxury, privacy and is within easy reach of local shops and restaurants as well as Choeng Mon Beach which is good for all year round swimming.
