By bus
From Bangkok to ranong,purchase a ticket to ranong at the southern bus station. Buses leave at 8.00am, 9.00am,8.00pm and 9.00pm(about 9 hours)
By train
From Bangkok to chumphon station departure 10:30pm. From chumphom to ranong:a minibus leave every hour from 6.00am to 5.00pm(about 2hour)
From Surat thani to ranong:a minibus leaves every hour from 6.00 am to 5.00 pm (about 3 hours)
