Several unforeseen circumstances have made it so that we will be closing our bus boat service early this year.
As of today we will be closed until the next high season (typically around the last week of October).

You can still get to Koh Kood with www.kohkoodcatamaran.com or www.kokutexpress.in.th , although those big ships will not be able to drop you direct at the resorts' own piers...

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and look forward to welcoming you again in the next high season!

And we're Back!! As the weather already appears to be speedboat friendly, we are going to start a little earlier than usual this year!!

Starting tomorrow 11 Oct. 2013, we will carry our much appreciated passengers from Laem Sok all the way to their resort on Koh Kood at 09:00 and start the return trip from the resorts on Koh Kood at 11:00.

No afternoon boat yet, but we will keep you updated once that comes into service.

Good news for everyone: Our 13:00 boat from Laem Sok to Ko Kood and 10:00 boat from Koh Kood to Laem Sok is back! We started it yesterday and are confident that we can do so until early May 2013. You can reserve seats and buy tickets through http://www.kohkoodboat.com/rates-booking-form.php

No more afternoon boat... Unfortunately we will not be able to run our 12:00 Laem Sok -> Koh Kood and 09:00 Koh Kood - Laem Sok Siriwhite speedboat this season.

Rest assured that anyone that has already bought tickets for this boat will be moved over to the https://facebook.com/KoK*tExpress fast ferry and will receive a partial refund or you can request to be changed over to the early boat. The fast ferry is a large speedy (air conditioned) ferry that departs the mainland at 12:00 and reaches Koh Kood at 13:15. Upon arrival on Koh Kood a free shuttle service will take you to your resort. This is a bit less convenient than being dropped off at your resort's private pier by one of our speed boats and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. We hope that the afternoon speedboat service will return in the future.

the Koh Kood Express is a fast ferry service between the island of Koh Kood and the mainland in Trad province.

Stronger winds + higher waves forced us to shutdown about a week earlier than planned this year. Nothing the large ferry service next door can't handle, so getting to and from Koh Kood won't be a problem whatsover. A big thanks to our friends and we look forward to carrying you to and from the resorts, like Koh Kood Resort and For Rest Boutique house Koh Kood again in October 2011

Last afternoon boat for the season has sailed yesterday. From now until the end of this month only the 09:00 boat from Laem Sok to Koh Kood will run and back from Koh Kood to Laem Sok at 12:00.

Unfortunate times in October: Just when we started our daily Bus boat service to Koh Kood and Koh Mak, the weather decided that it was too early to do so, making the winds around Koh Chang to strong to safely boat around in a speedboat. We expect to be back up and running within 3 or 4 days from now. Our apologies for an inconvenience caused, however!!
