The photo from our lake tour yesterday

Explored Cheow Lan Lake in Khao Sok National Park on a day trip from Khao Lak. We enjoyed the "Emerald Pool" at Nam Rad Watershed Forest, a boat ride on the lake, cave exploration, and lunch at a beautiful raft house. Relaxed with small groups, and swim or kayak without big crowds.

Here are some photos from our latest wildlife program during 23rd-24th of October. The wildlife sighting activity is just a part of the 2-day itinerary. We went out by boat in the sunset and early morning for spotting foraging wildlife at the lake. We cruised deeper by boat to the wildlife area which were not crowded by tourists. Unfortunately we missed to capture photos of a herd of wild elephants as they were gone behind the bush just few minutes before we arrived.

Chong Fah Waterfall in the rainy season, has not only its pristine waterfalls. Keep your eyes peeled ! Some species like to hide under foliage or leaves. They head to indoor areas if it’s a bit wet. If you can’t spot an animal on the way, be sure to check little ones on their indoor area too as most of enclosures for you to spot an animal wherever they might choose to be.

We offer a guided half-day tour, picking up from any hotel in Khao Lak, with a combination of canoeing at "Little Amazon" where you also are able to spot some reptiles and bird species on a peaceful canoe ride. Our guides are happy to guide you through.

These are just the photos from our latest overnight tour to Cheow Lan Lake. Even though it was pouring rain on the first day, our captain still managed to spot some wildlife on the sunset wild watching trip. We slept on the air-con raft house, with peaceful atmosphere, surrounded by the calm lake, rainforest, and towering limestone mountains.

This tour is daily operated from Khao Lak, to "Cheow Lan Lake", in "Khao Sok National Park", has so much to offer. Take a journey to the "Emerald Pool" at "Nam Rad Watershed Forest" to marvel at its unique jungle and crystal clear creek. Sleep on the beautiful raft house on the lake, enjoy the landscape and wilderness safari by boat in the sunset. Spend a night on the beautiful floating raft bungalow. Take part in the easy jungle walking and cave exploring. We always take a small group for this tour.

Tone Prai Waterfall is the hidden gem, located inside Lampi-Thaimuang National Park, just 20 km. away from Khao Lak.

From Tone Prai Ranger Section, we took an easy 700 m. long jungle walk. The trail led us through the rainforest, set along the stream which flows from the waterfall. There are some wading areas perfect for taking a dip. On a trail, we found different kinds of Dipterocarps with amazing buttressed roots and abundant beautiful flora. Heard the calls of birds and gibbons in the distance.

The best time to visit Tone Phrai Waterfall must be during the rainy season when expecting to see the cliffs and stream filled with a lot of water, but you have to be careful during the big rainy time as well. It is advisable to follow the news from the park officials as the trail may be closed due to flash floods.

A truly hidden gem of Krabi (2 hrs drive from Khao Lak), "Tha Pom", a unique forest with beautiful crystal clear blue water. A wooden walkway through a mangrove wood and along a turquoise river makes this a beautiful spot for an easy shaded stroll, to enjoy a sighting ecosystem of seawater and freshwater. There is even a spot to swim.

Go hard or go home !!

We did 20+km. off-the-beaten-track jungle hike and spent a night in Khao Sok rainforest on the hammocks. Our crews performed well in the job with their jungle passions. The trail is completely untouched, and our customers learned about wildlife and plants, and survival techniques from our professional crews. Cooked rice in bamboo jungle-styled. It was a beautiful 2-day jungle tour

Program 12 : Khao Sok Rainforest Program, one of the best-selling program from Khao Lak. A nearly 6 km. (to and fro) hiked on Bang Hua Rad trail in the oldest rainforest “Khao Sok National Park”, led us to the cool clear stream for a refreshing swim. We guided four customers to discover the rich rainforest, helped them to get to know flora & fauna. Walked up to the stream where we swam. We spotted leaf langurs, macaques, some reptiles, lots of birds, and amazing vegetations. Had a great time on the canoe trip along Sok River.
