Spacious, west facing, one-bedroom, sea view apartment in a quiet area with huge shared terrace. Air conditioned bedroom with queen-sized bed, excellent ceiling fan and western style en-suite bathroom; separate, open-plan kitchenette and lounge area, ceiling fans, wall mounted flat screen TV, media player with access to 8Tb of content. Free wifi (fiber optic connection). Weekly maid service including linen and towels.
Koh Tao Star Villa is near the Burmese Temple in the hill above Sairee. Keep going up the hill past Bottle House, CJ Guesthouse 2 and 150m after Matina Mountain.
Monthly rent 26,000 Baht including bills and drinking water. No pets (sorry) and no parties as it is a quiet (get away from things) kind of place.
