"Khao Soi",Northern Thai dish, is voted the world's best soup by reviewers from Tasteatlas in 50 best rated soup in the worl Tasteatlas is a website and social media that collects professional food reviews and articles on top dish recipe.

Besides Khao Soi, Tom Yum.and Tom.Kha G*i also ranked 12 and 13 in the list.

A signature dish of Northern Thailand, khao soi is a delicious coconut soup in which numerous regional influences were combined to create a truly spectacular dish. The base of the soup is a slightly spicy broth which combines coconut milk and red curry paste.

The broth is served with flat egg noodles and a choice of meat, which usually includes chicken, beef, and pork. It is topped with a handful of crisp fried noodles and chopped cilantro. The dish is commonly served alongside a variety of condiments such as fresh lime, pickled cabbage, shallots, and chilis.

Wat Pho also spelled Wat Po, is one of Thailand's oldest temples and is a Buddhist temple complex in the Phra Nakhon District. In 2008, Wat Pho was listed UNESCO's Memory of the World (MOW) as a documentary heritage for Asia and Pacific Region.

Laid inside the main ordination hall is the sacred 46-meter Reclining Buddha whose feet are beautifully inlaid with mother-of-pearl, carved with holy signs.

Wat Pho is, among Thais, also known as "the nation's first public university," thanks to 1,360 marble inscriptions about medical, historical and liberal sciences places all around the temple where the people can read and learn anytime. Marble inscriptions about medical sciences, anatomy and orthopedics are the origins of Wat Pho Thai traditional massage principles, which has made Wat Pho a world's famous site.

The world famous Thai style stir fried noodle "Pad Thai"

With a sweet-savoury-sour sauce scattered with crushed peanuts. The specially made tamarind sauce and fish sauce are stir fried with thin, flat rice noodles, and almost always has bean sprouts, garlic chives, scrambled egg, firm tofu, dried shrimp and occasionally with meat like chicken or prawns/shrimp.

Thailand Travel Updates for May 1, 2022; New Entry Requirements for Thailand; Updated Step-by-Step Thailand Pass Application

There are 4 major changes:

1. The Test & Go and Sandbox schemes are being removed for vaccinated travelers. It has been replaced with the No Quarantine program.

2. RT-PCR testing is no longer required when entering Thailand.

3. COVID-19 insurance is reduced from $20,000 USD to $10,000 USD

4. Unvaccinated travelers can enter Thailand by 5-day Alternate Quarantine or a No Quarantine program if they have a pre-departure RT-PCR test.

Breaking! entering Thailand requires NO test.

From May 1,2022 Thailand drops RT-PCR test, SHA plus hotel as well as reduce insurance coverage from USD20,000 to 10,000 .

Basically just fly and walk in without quarantine for fully vaccinated travelers!!
(still have to register Thailand Pass before arrival)
