Our Roast Chicken is a 3-day labor of love before it graces your table. We brine the chicken overnight, then dry it and artfully separate the skin to pipe in our succulent chicken sausage. Brushed with butter, it’s baked to perfection - crisp skin, juicy meat with a flavorful layer of bouncy sausage - and served atop brioche stuffing with a rich Marsala sauce and mushroom purée.
As for Christmas in a Bowl, it truly lives up to its name. This delightful medley features warm chocolate cake, green tea genoise, candied pecans, roasted strawberries, sorrel, and a trio of luscious ice creams.
