We're obsessed with the humble grain. You know it, we know it. So, we combined our love and familiarity with Thai rice with Vietnamese Pho's herbaceous and aromatic richness. Our rice is infused with genmai for a nutty complexity, and poured right into it is our umami-laden, beefy Pho broth made with love from a medley of beef bones.

Our intention for Ocken is to be a place where delicious and exciting ideas can come together and be shared among people who love to eat. Our dishes are inspired by memories and experiences of travels and cultures, from both near and afar. It is this free-spirited nature that takes the forefront of our cuisine, and allows us to explore creative techniques, bold flavor combinations and just to really have fun cooking with no boundaries.
