The therapeutic potential of MSC-derived EVs includes:

Our British Patient from the UK who received the StemCells21 treatment program for Autoimmune Disorders.
Prior to starting treatment the patient had a downward spiral in health after contracting covid-19 and partaking in the vaccination program. He noticed his mental clarity, energy levels, and physical mobility had rapidly declined over a few months. This continued to worsen and he developed myocarditis and neuro-inflammation. After extensive diagnostic testing results showed he was positive for multiple auto-antibodies and was diagnosed with severe autoimmune disease.
To combat this disease state his treatment plan was designed to broadly target autoimmune activity. First auto-antibodies were removed from the blood using immune absorption (plasmapheresis). Next one of the body’s own signalling proteins was used to selectively expand “regulatory T cells” that are able to suppress autoimmune activity by deactivating the cells responsible.
Within a matter of weeks various symptoms began to improve such as breathing ability, cognitive function, and energy levels. These have continued to improve and the patient is now beginning to see a change in mobility.
Follow up blood tests for auto-antibody profiles and T-reg cell levels will be performed as follow up measurements alongside symptom scoring.
