DESCRIPTION
This is a lovely spacious studio apartment of 48 sq. that faces west. Every morning you can draw the curtains and open the windows to reveal the most gorgeous view of Chiang Mai’s most dominant and revered feature; the awesome Doi Suthep mountain. Everyday begins with a big decisions. Will we stay in bed and just watch the mountain’s never-ending kaleidoscope of changing weather patterns or enjoy breakfast on the balcony - or both? In the afternoon, it becomes a regular magical experience to watch the sun set while sipping a beer or wine. All the fittings are brand new and are very high quality especially the black granite bench tops. The apartment has a large SAMSUNG HD TV, a new fridge and kitchen appliances, air-conditioning, hot water rain shower, new rubber latex super comfortable pillows and cushions, sheets, towels and other quality bed linen. There is parking for both pushbikes, motorbikes and cars and a 24 hour security guards, security cameras and security tag on your keyring. Located on Hauykaew road near the intersection of Canal road, The building itself is very clean and well built with a swimming pool and gymnasium - both boasting great views - and a 50 baht washing machine. Besides the abundance of eateries, there is a movie theatre in walking distance just a stroll down the road. Or you can hail a tuk-tuk. AVAILABILITY
This gorgeous apartment is available on a limited basis and becomes available only at certain times of the year. Please look on the FB comment section for the latest dates. The photos and video give you a very clear idea of what the entire apartment is like; both inside and outside. ENQUIRIES
