🎈 Check in time : 2.00 p.m.
🎈 Check out time : 12.00 p.m. ( Noon)
🎈 Collect a damage deposit of 5,000 .-Baht on the check in date and will be refunded if there is no damage in the villa and property on check- out date
🎈 Stop making Loud noise before 12.00 a.m. ( Midnight)
🎈 Rental Price are excluded breakfast
🎈 Do not exceed the number of guest booking which can accommodate Maximum 8 persons ,
and can add Japanese beds for 2 persons that pay extra 500 baht/ person
🎈 Do not smoking in the house and every rooms. If customers violate this rule, we would request fine 2,000 baht.-
🎈 If you have pets, please inform in advance, 500 baht per pet and strictly prohibited to stay in the house If customers violate this rule, we would request fine 2,000 baht.-
🎈 The accommodation has kitchen equipment available and must be cleaned after use if customers are not clean kitchen equipment , cleaning fee of 1,000 baht will be charge.
🎈 Do not bring drugs and illegal substances in to the property. If caught, customers will be taken all responsibility with the law of Thailand.
🎈To play in the swimming pool , Pleas wear a swimming suit or T-Shirt shorts only.
