Question: *Should I bring the T.M. 30 form with me on my border run trip?
Answer: *Yes

The T.M. 30 form is a Notification of Residence for Foreigners staying in Thailand. Both long-term and short-term visa holders need to report with the T.M. 30 form.

Recently, officers at the Thai border have been asking our customers who do border run to present the T.M. 30 form before exiting Thailand. The officers aim to know where each foreigner stays in the country. Immigration can track and update the addresses of foreigners in Thailand with the T.M. 30 report.

Please, make sure to prepare your T.M. 30 form for your border run trip with us.

According to section 38 of the 1979 Immigration Act, house owners, heads of households, landlords, or managers of hotels who accommodate foreign nationals on a temporary basis must notify the local immigration authorities within 24 hours of the foreign national's arrival at the property.

Is your year ED visa expiring soon? Do you need a border run?
Our border run destination is the Chiang Khong border to Huay Xai, Laos. When you exit the Thai border, an officer will check if your year ED visa has been stamped as canceled.

Please ensure your year ED visa is canceled before joining our border run trip. Contact us if you need more information on how to cancel your ED visa, and we can help you plan to ensure you can join a border run in time of your permit stay.
