Finally we set up the camp by the bayou near the cave. Great place to camp. We enjoyed lunch and dinner cooked by the local tribesmen. Trekking through the hills and woods for about 4 hours and watch birds and small wild animals along the way.

This trip we did try our best to set up our camp by the bayou but the rain came down hard on us. So we had to camp inside the cave. Turned out to be a great camp after all.....Great dinner by the way...

Spend the first night at P'Prasarn's house. We had a cotton mouth late at night So ginger tea came in handy

Today we arrived in the rain on and off which made it all misty and mysterious. It's all green as far as we could see making our trekking more colorful.

The first group of explorers arrived and set foot on Doi luang,Chiangdao area. We explored caves,mountains,cliffs and river. The area is surrounded by mountains,wild life and hill tribes

We started our trip early in the morning. We left the village and headed for the Ultra man mountain. Trekking through the jungle for about 5 hours and arrived at the top around three in the afternoon. Then we set up our camp site at the top where we thought was the best place to view the surrounding breath taking scenery in 360.

We started cooking around 5.00 PM guess what we had for dinner. Our local guide brought some bats back from the cave and started cooking them for dinner. I thought the taste was really weird but we were hungry so it turned out to be ok.

The following morning we started trekking to the cave which is about 5 km. from our camp. The cave was fantastic and mysterious. It has water run through the cave from entrance to exit. Our lunch was prepared in the cave. We had wild bore for lunch and it was delicious!!.........
