This 3 bedroom house is situated in a quiet lane in the western suburb of Suthep, close to Chiang Mai University. All bedrooms have air-condition and are furnitured sufficiently. This cosy little home has one bathroom and an additional toilet/shower downstairs, a spacious kitchen, fully equipped with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, cooking facilities, crockery and cutlery. There are 2 balconies and a small outdoor/garden area. There is also space for safe and secured parking for a car and motorbikes and bicycle. TV, Wifi and a washing machine are included.
The house suits 6 people, e.g. 3 couples, or a family with children, but will accommodate more, if needed.
The house can be rented on a day to day basis as well as up to a month or longer.
