The highlight of our week so far? Hands down, an incredible day out on the water with two amazing couples! 🌊🎣 We combined snorkeling with fishing, soaking in the beauty of Koh Phangan while reeling in some fresh catches.

The perfect ending? Sharing our fish at Burmese Salad that evening, where our good friend PJoe worked his magic in the kitchen. 🔥 From a rich, spicy Tom Yum Fish Soup to his legendary BBQ, every bite was unforgettable.

A Night to Remember in Chaloklum!

Last night, we had the incredible pleasure of enjoying fresh sushi prepared by a talented sushi master. This is the magic that happens when we share our catch with others. Community, gratitude, and unforgettable meals!

The sushi was hands-down the best I've ever had, crafted with such skill and passion. For Kay, who doesn’t eat fish, the chef went above and beyond by preparing a delicious pork curry that was equally amazing. Talk about exceptional hospitality!

We highly recommend visiting this gem of a Japanese/Thai restaurant, Curry Salad - Sushi & Thai, in Chaloklum, Koh Phangan. The food is outstanding, the atmosphere is warm, and the live music by Jimmy added the perfect touch to an already incredible evening.
