The house is set in it’s own gardens of approximately 1 Rai, the equivalent of 1600 square metres and although pleasantly secluded is only 150 metres from beautiful Woktum Bay where you can watch the most stunning sunsets. We are also only a short drive of about 5 minutes into the main town of Thong Sala and even closer to the village of Srithanu. The villa has 5 bedrooms, all en-suite and air-con

ditioned an office space and also has two spacious living areas equipped with satellite televisions, dining areas along with two European style kitchens. We also have a separate laundry room. At the front of the house there is parking space for six cars and we are also lucky enough to have a deep well that supplies the water to the house for free. Also, recently installed we now have three-phase electricity which is vitally important in the supply of power to the house. In the garden we have a swimming pool measuring 12 x 4 metres with a large surrounding terrace with plenty of room to lounge and sunbathe under the shade of umbrellas and the towering palm trees. The pool also has six Jacuzzi jets for your pleasure. The garden at the rear of the house looks out into the jungle, land that will not be built on so the house will always be very private.

The Ministry of Public Health has revealed that the Samui Plus model is ready for international tourists. The model, which includes Koh Phangan and Koh Tao, will prepare the islands in Surat Thani province to be ready for international tourism on 15 July 2021, after the Phuket Sandbox opens on 1 July 2021.

Up to 65% of people on the islands, including non-Thai nationals, have already received the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, and the Government is continuing to increase the vaccinations to reach its goal. Tourists who wish to travel to the islands have to be fully vaccinated and in quarantine, but they may use the hotel facilities.

The ministry also reminds the public that, even though they are fully vaccinated, they may still get infected with the virus. The public should continue to follow the prevention measures, such as wearing a mask, frequently washing hands, and keeping a physical distance.
