ELITE VISA now became even more "ELITE"!!!

STARTING 15 September 2023
The upcoming memberships will be more expensive.

5-year memberships:
The previous Elite Easy Access membership price was 600,000 THB.
The new GOLD Package costs 900,000 THB.

10-year memberships:
The previous Elite Family Alternative membership price was 800,000 THB.
The new PLATINUM package costs 1.5 million THB.

The 20-year membership costing 1 million Thai baht will no longer be available.
The closest new package in comparison is the 15-year visa DIAMOND package costing 2.5 million Thai baht.

I was working with my next Video for over 2 weeks and now its done!

As I'm living in Thailand for so long I decided it would be good to know everything about the Real Estate Market here.

And what I found out is that many foreigners when decided to invest in property here choose to Build their own house or Villa instead of buying from the options available on the market.
And what a surprise when I found out how Easy it is.
Building Villa in Thailand is not cheap but it’s a half price compare to buying a Villa. Additionally, you are getting your dream and not buying someone’s instead.
I have started to meet several Villa developers in Samui Island and there are many decent companies here that have a good reputation through the years.
This Video is with the Developer and the constructor of Sawasdee Pool Villa Mr.Chai, I have to say not many companies are ready to expose themselves on camera. And if someone does – means there is nothing to hide – and that’s what important for me.

Hey everyone! Is anyone here? )))))) After being busy with my job I'm finally back to making some videos. I was contacted by one Construction Company called Wing Samui in Koh Samui to tell people about their project. I thought - why not. After COVID restrictions were moved the life in Thailand have speeded up extremely fast!

I can see people are building houses all around and I know so many stories with good and bad experience people had when investing in Thailand.

I made some research and the company I did a video with looks reliable to me. The construction site is located 5 min away from my house so I will see if one day anything goes wrong and the construction is not moving))

I continue my set of video interviews with the owner of one of the law firms in Koh Samui called Vize Counselor, Jimmy, who, this time, agreed to answer the most common questions when it comes to buying a Condo in Thailand.

This video lists out the must-knows in these areas for anyone looking to handle the process themselves. Jimmy answers the questions about how a Foreigner can buy a Condo in Thailand avoiding any problems, we're talking about the difference between Ownership of a Condo (Foreign, Company and Thai Ownership), Selling Agreement, Down Payment, Taxes you pay when you buy and own a condo, Blue and Yellow Book Difference, "Chanod" and more.
