Situated in Khao Prah (Bophut). A 2 level house with 120 sqm. A terrace and a balcony with pool view. At the first level is the living and dining area and a well equipped kitchen. At the backward you have a washing machine. At the second level are 2 bedrooms, each of them with a bathroom. AC`s are in the bedrooms and the living area. A shared pool and a common Sala is just in front of the house. T

he whole residence has 12 houses and have an own gardener and a pool service. We have high speed Internet and TV and every 2 weeks a cleaning service with changing the linen. All this is included in the rental price of 40.000 THB per month. Excluded is the electric of 6 THB per unit by consumption and 400 THB water/mounth.
