Today 1 October at 7AM, Maya Bay reopened its doors to tourists again. Maya Bay is expected to reopen until 31 July 2025 and then close again for 2 months in August and September, to continue preservation of the gorgeous bay. 🙏🏽

⛔ Maya Bay Closing Again ⛔

Important update! Same as last year, it is confirmed now that Maya Bay will close in August & September 2024.

This was one of the many conditions of the reopening of the famous beach in 2022, for preservation of nature and marine life. 💙🌴🐠

Maya Bay's reopening under strict conditions has been a big success, with many baby sharks returning to the bay. Have a walk at the beach and you will most likely see a baby shark. 🦈

Our boat tours will be operating as usual in August and September, but Maya Bay will be skipped. This gives us the chance to show you other gorgeous spots in Phi Phi!

As for the National Park Fee, it is unconfirmed yet, but most likely there will be a 50% discount like last year–so an adult ticket will be 200 Baht instead of 400 Baht.
