ACCOMMODATION:

The Villa’s accommodation comprises of 8 sumptuous bedrooms, most en-suite and all with ceiling fans and remote control air conditioning units. Bedrooms are split over two levels, offering 5 king-size beds, 2 queen-size beds, one single bed and one set of single bunk beds. The villa therefore comfortably accommodates 17 people. Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a king-size four-poster bed, walk-in wardrobes and wall safe. The master bedroom's large en-suite bathroom is complete with spacious walk-in shower and large oval bath. Sliding double doors take you from the bedroom onto a private balcony with open jungle and valley views. Also upstairs is the newly added eighth bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The remaining 6 bedrooms are located on the lower level. Bedroom 2 also has a king-size four-poster bed, large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, plus built-in wardrobes and wall safe. Bedroom 3 has an additional king-size bed with en-suite bathroom. Sliding double doors take you directly from both of these bedrooms onto the sun terrace with access to the private swimming pool. Bedroom 4, also en-suite, offers a king-size bed and one single bed, along with it's own 42" TV and DVD player. Bedroom 5, with one set of single bunk-beds, and bedroom 6, with a further king-size bed, share a large bathroom and are conveniently located in a semi self-contained area of the main villa. Bedroom 7 is also located in this area, offering a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Part of the ground floor is specifically designed to offer this three bedroom self-contained area, if additional privacy between guests is required. Along with bedrooms 5, 6 & 7, this area houses an independent kitchenette and a second living room, boasting a 42” flat screen TV, DVD player and cable TV. Returning upstairs, you will find the large main living room, with ample seating to relax and watch the 50” flat screen television. The TV comes with a DVD player (with selection of movies) and cable TV with over 30 channels, plus an iPod docking station. The under-cover balcony means you can relax and sit or dine outside, taking in the valley views. The stunning dining table seats 12 guests and offers al fresco dining all year round. The fully-fitted luxury Western-style kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax in while meals are being prepared. Outside there is a large sun terrace overlooking landscaped gardens, complete with sun beds to soak up the sun. This leads onto an 11 x 6m infinity-edged pool with integral Jacuzzi. Adjacent to the swimming pool is the sala, containing another dining table for 8, plus ample additional seating, gas BBQ and fridge. This makes an ideal outside setting for evening BBQs and entertaining. Sunstone Villa also offers wireless internet access, and an office with a large desk and landline telephone for those people who cannot totally escape the rest of the world. FACILITIES:
