Job Title: Reservations and Sales & Marketing Specialist
Location: Lamai, Koh Samui, Thailand
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: much more competitive with great performance
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and handle reservations from initial inquiry through to booking confirmation
• Follow up with guests for post-stay reviews and future reservations
• Execute sales and marketing strategies to maximize bookings, both online and offline
• Track and report on reservation trends, customer feedback, and sales performance
• Engage in social media marketing, creating engaging content to promote our properties and special offers
• Respond promptly to inquiries on social media and reservation platforms
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high-quality customer experience
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in reservation management, sales, or marketing (2+ years preferred)
• Background in hospitality or villa rentals is a plus
• Familiarity with online booking platforms and CRM tools
• Proficiency in social media marketing, content creation, and engagement
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
