Peerapat Villa offers guests numerous outdoor areas for socialising and relaxing all with incredible sea and island views. The swimming pool deck consists of a 40 square meter swimming pool with whirlpool bath and slate water fall. This area also hosts a sunbed area, a covered sala area with comfortable seating for 5 and an original BBQ King 3-burner stainless steel family-sized gas BBQ. Peerapat Villa is appointed with 4 bedrooms; 2 master bedrooms and 2 guest bedrooms. The top floor hosts the larger master bedroom with luxurious, spacious ensuite facilities including twin sinks, oversized bathtub and modern rain shower. This bedroom is also equipped with luxuriously finished built-in teakwood wardrobes. The top floor guest bedroom is furnished in a light oak finish with twin single beds. The twins can be made into a double bed if required. Both bedrooms have sliding doors which open onto the upstairs balcony and feature great sea views. Peerapat Villa's lower floor hosts both the second master and the second guest bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with modern, teak built-in bed and wardrobe with dresser. This bedroom has an 'en-suite' option as the bathroom can be accessed both from inside the bedroom and from the hallway outside. The guest bedroom consists of a king-size bed in black ash with matching wardrobe and furnishings. Both bedrooms have direct access to the pool area through large, glass sliding doors. A baby's cot and highchair is available free of charge on request. Villa Cleaning and Linen
A cleaning schedule will be given to guests upon check-in. Peerapat Villa is tidied and floors are swept on a daily basis (no cleaning service on Sundays). The floors are mopped two times per week. Bed linen (excluding duvet cover) and face, bath and pool towels are provided free of charge and are changed twice weekly. The bedrooms's duvet covers are changed every 7 days. Outside local laundry services are also available and will deliver for a small service charge. Guest Care
All Peerapat Villa guests are met at the airport and shuttled to the villa in luxury minibus, free of charge. Guests are then met at the villa for check-in by the villa owner, where everything you need to know will be explained.
