hello everyone My name is Nut. I do trekking tours. If you are in Koh Phangan, here are some activities that will allow you to experience and learn about nature in Koh Phangan. I'll share my experiences from what I learned about the different plant species around me, such as leaves, roots, lace, and mushrooms. That can be eaten and used for cooking, and as a herbal medicine as well. And we will visit the way of life of the villagers near the forest. This nature trail is a path that I have created with my own experience that no one has yet been able to walk on their own. This route also has abundant nature and also has a very beautiful waterfall where you can swim in the natural pool as well. I have 3 activities to choose from: (1) Day trekking starts at 9 a.m., returns at 3 p.m. (2)A night trek starts at 6 p.m., returns home at 4 p.m. (3)Camping in the forest starts at 4 PM.
