It consists of chopped onion, chilli, ginger, garlic, lime, roasted coconut, peanuts and small dried shrimps. You wrap them all together in a leaf and add a sauce made from sugar and coconut. Only discovered 6 years ago, this Buddhist temple dates back 300 years from when Ayutthaya was the capital of the Kingdom of Siam. Local people were using it as walls for their houses.
