Profile

About us - We are an association (under Swiss laws) of individual investors who acquire and rent out vacation properties in Thailand. We also like the stability of the country, its straightforward property ownership laws, the well-developed infrastructure, and its reasonable cost of living. Vacation rental - Vacation rental is the renting out of a furnished apartment or villa on a tempora

ry basis as an alternative to a hotel. The way we travel is changing and vacation rental is becoming increasingly popular across the world. Travellers want to stay in places that provide the comfort of a home. Vacation properties come in all shapes and sizes with the right number of bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, terrace and/or balcony, garden, swimming pool, etc. They offer a high level of comfort and authentic experiences. All this at a fraction of the cost of a hotel. Acquisition - In Thailand, a foreign freehold condominium can be bought for US$ 100,000 and a land with a villa cost in excess of US$ 10,000,000 with a multitude of options in-between. To acquire properties, we focus on the basics:
1. Location - an example of a good location on the West coast of Phuket is Surin. It supports decent rental rates, which are needed to maintain properties in top condition and for their real estate value to appreciate.
2. Due diligence - we investigate to ensure that our properties are well built, well maintained, and well managed.
3. Networking - it allows us to identify the best partners, mitigate risks, and take advantage of opportunities. Renting - We adhere to the new sharing economy. When not used by their owners, our vacation properties are rented out. We rent our properties through local agents, online agencies, and directly to guests. They are marketed in multiple languages including English, French, Russian, and Chinese. We are active on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and Airbnb to build relationships, reduce distribution costs, and be able to offer our properties at value for money. We encourage our guests to send us feedback and suggestions. Our aim - Our aim is to create shared value through cooperation, collaboration and to ‘synergize’ - develop strategies that make our association stronger than the sum of its parts. We embrace the goal of sustainable development - meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. We pay income taxes in Thailand and support a Swiss based children institution active in Thailand - Foundation Jan & Oscar - and a Thailand based children institution - Yaowawit School Kapong. We respect the people we are involved with, however, we hold them accountable for their actions. Our approach is methodic, precise, and transparent. If you are interested in investing with us, becoming one of our partners, or renting one of our properties, please contact us. We look forward to getting to know you. Players
