All electrical circuits in the villa are fitted with residual-current devices that conform to German safety standards, and are therefore childproof. Adaptors are provided for every known country. Our kitchen is fitted to European standards and should leave everyone satisfied. Fittings include two gas ovens as well as an electric, ceramic glass hob with an extractor fan and an electric stove, and also a toaster, coffee machine and the proper cooking utensils and crockery. A drinking-water dispenser, offering warm and cold water, is also available. Water containers are also provided by us free of charge.The outdoor area includes a large swimming-pool, poolside shower and an external toilet, as well as a utility room, complete with European-style washing machine. The swimming-pool is filled with freshwater, but feels like salt-water as the fully automatic pool control system is operated on a saltwater basis. The pool-water, with an average temperature of c. 30 degrees Celsius, is extremely agreeable to the skin, guaranteeing you and your children an especially pleasant bathing experience. Attached to the patio, the pool area, complete with sun loungers, is ideally suited to the warm, tropical climate. The tropical garden, with its exotic bamboo sala pavilion for relaxation, its palms and many colourful, tropical plants, gives the villa a special atmosphere. The covered car-parking area, with radio-controlled access gate, as well as a small waterfall with a pond, gives the villa a special ambience on arrival.
