A good way to start your day with a walk along the beach in Ao Nang, if you walk to the end of the beach there is a monkey trail where the playful monkeys hang from the trees just in front of you. Next to that you can take out a paddle board or kayak and explore the small islands just off the beach. Some of the more adventurous try to climb the cliffs which is not for the faint hearted.
